Yes, absolutely. If you apply power, it will start in time.

I am being sarcastic because you have indicated that you have no idea how to even ask the question, which indicates to me that you would not understand the answer even if I were to waste the time to try to provide it.

In school days it was Ready Steady and Go, and there we used to start. I am sure the motor will also do the same.
