Engine Coolant / Heat Transfer Fluid

..Is there any known engine coolant to withstand heat up to 400'Fand withstand Freeze up to minus 60`F

could any one help me to identify non toxic base fluid?

Ther are plenty of heat transfer fluids, but may not be practical in an IC engine. Talk to Dow as stated above or even here.

I'd consider something exotic like mineral oil

I sell a full synthetic product that is good for -50 to 575F.
