solution?????

Does anyone know how to design the simulink blocks that are mentioned in the IEEE paper titled "STATCOM modeling for mitigation of fluctuations caused by electric arc furnaces"?? If yes,please do reply to this question as soon as possible because its quite important and urgent for me. please......

thank you. but even i tried it. but could not find the correct solution to my problem of finding or designing the appropriate blocks given in the paper. my problem is to design those circuits in matlab/simulink so that i will be able to simulate it.
