SUNY Albany offers that degree. Not sure who offers it in India. Here is the link to the one in Albany.

SUNY Albany also has a major Nano-research facility on campus. I work for one of the companies in the facility and we are always using students to run experiments on our latest hardware and software. These students will be well trained prior to graduating. Novel concept---industry and eduaction working towards a common goal.
