Stress = Pressure X Area / Bolt effective Crossection.

(1) Pressure you have provided

(2) Area - only you know

(3) Bolt Crossection area - available in any facstener hand book

Bolt Grade (10.9) - Immaterial.

Pitch - necessary for (3)

Recommended torque for grade 10.9 M24 is 1120 Nm. This gives bolt stress 660 MPa, which is 85% of proof load stress.
