Wanted: Circuit Diagram for Three-Phase VSI

Hi everyone ...can any one give me a circuit design for a three phase voltage source inverters with a driver circuit...My load is a three phase squirrel cage IM with following specifications: KW/HP-3.7/6, volts-415, Amps-8.0, RPM-1440, Eff-80, INSL-class B....so i dont have idea which type switch(IGBT or mosfet) and what rating components(resistors and capacitors,IC etc...) that i should use for the driver circuit and inverter....And does my driver circuit vary depending on the pulses which i will be giving, since I am giving space vector PWM.
