Circuit Diagrams and CNC Drilling Machines

I'm Ahmed a Engineering student in my last year

plz i wanna know more about image processing

my project is about drilling CNC machine for PCB

i wanna know how to enter circut diagram throught e.g (scanner ) then compute change it into signals into stepper motor throught micro controller

mainly i need ur help in how to change circute diagram as an image into signals
