I am using AS500 Operator Station which runs on HP Unix 10.2 and ABB's Advacommand 1.8/2. This OS was previously getting hanged up frequently, so it was reloaded with original software form DAT Tape. It has been connected to AC450 Controller through Advant Fieldbus on its network along with other two similar OS used by Plant Operators. It also has TCP/IP network for connecting it to other OS. After reloading the software, now it does detect the host controller AC450. Also it is not being detected by other nodes in network. While installing the software there was no alarm message, no errors were shown. Now it is starting up properly. As there is no connection to host controller, this OS does not display the process data. Can anyone have idea what may be the reason? How to trace the fault?
