industrial automation design system

I have completed my B.Tech and working as GET in steel industry. Now I would like to do PG diploma in industrial automation. In what way will it be useful in my carrer and its prospects in future life. Please let me know if anybody having knowledge on this.

you should join an institute for plc scada drive knowledge
