I want establish a facility to test a reflector antenna up to 3m in size.I also want to establish a near field facility.please suggest what type of near field faclity would be ecnomical and suitable.

yes, you can say indoor Antenna Test Range consist of Near Field test facility frequency range up to 40GHz.
