why periodic signal starts from -infinity. and what happen if it start from finite point.give me easy answere.

It doesn't.

A periodic signal can be considered to start at any arbitary point of reference.
If you are talink about Fourier analysis and such like then I'd say it's merely a matter of mathematical convenience.
It's a bit like why do software guys use Hexadecimal?...purely convenience...
