Searching for a One-Component PUD Adhesive

Hello,

I am looking for one component PUD (polyurathene dispersion) water-based adhesive with long open time and low activation tmep for bonding application in automotives.

Appreciate any recommdations

Don't know if loctite produce PU based,may be you can talk to them.

The best system I found for our application for bonding using similar materials (as Design Engineer for a marine boat manufacturer) was 3M's. They cost a tad more than some of the generic alternatives, but their engineering support, quality, and reliability of the product were the best fit for us.

Suggest you contact your regional 3M manufacturing or marine representative office and have them send an applications technician to your plant for a visit. They'll walk through your process with you and suggest the correct products and application techniques to ensure successful use. If your quantity is large enough, they may provide free training, tools, etc.
