Sorry, haven't used it. In Logix 500, there's a tree (like the folders tree in Win Explorer) - one of the main folders is (from memory) Data Files. Right-clicking yields a sub-menu, one item of which is 'New data file'. This gives a properties box where you can name the file, select the type (B, N, F etc), and specify the size.
