Hi All, Okay guys,it has been 2 months now since the problem i had and guess what it's not the clutch but the fuel pump which has made the same effects like a clutch problem where normally all mechanics mis-inform (looks like) all places on this surface planet earth.

Went back and read your thread.

Can't understand how anybody could relate jerking and clutch slippage. If your clutch is slipping there isn't enough mechanical connection to "jerk" the car.

The initial lack of coherent information, as usual, is also a problem.

I'd give you a refund, but, then you didn't pay, so quit whining.

Hello Patrick,

A broken clutch disk (springs in a standard tranny) can cause jerking, clutches in an automatic tranny don't usualy jerk when failing, but more often check for water in the fuel and fuel pressure issues.

Please next time refer to your prior post, it will limit confusion.

Brad

on your previous discussion: http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/31366

several commenters doubted you had a clutch problem.

If you can't interpert the advice, consult a (qualified, competent) professional.

Without reading your other post or knowing your symptoms, I'll guess it's not a fuel pump problem either. Though any mechanic could check your fuel pressure in ~2 minutes to make sure.

Sorry boss, it's a fuel pump problem actually-actually and the filter which had a lot of dirt which in fact showed like it was a clutch problem JERKING,so guys next time if you guys have a jerk (ing) problem don't spend all your money thinking it was a clutch matter and your mechanic will at last say "sorry it was a fuel pump problem dude" and ask you some more money or pay for it for unnecessary changes on your car.

A jerking clutch would only be noticed on take off or up a steep hill.
