Simulating an Inverter Circuit

Hello,

I want to make an inverter circuit. I have 12 v dc input and i want to have 12v ac with 60 hz frequency output. i need to simulate this circuit in multisim version 10.0.1 software.

any help would be appriciate.

You could do this with a 555 timer, some resistors and a capacitor.

Does the output have to be a sine wave? How much current does the output need to supply?

i want to turn one light on. and yes output must have to be a sine wave.
