The only circuit diagram I have comes as part of the manual for a 180V DC motor controller.

http://www.dartcontrols.com/

What is the application and motor size? Are you trying to build one yourself, why not just buy what you need (its a standard product).

Dear all,

Many thanks for response, it will be use in atrademill machine. Motor rating is 1HP and 180 VDC. It need to be speed control. So if we can make a small circuit then it will bw be workable.

This circuit is not available in Dhaka Bangladesh, It need to be imported from abroad.

So please help me to build up a new circuit by hand.

Thanks,

Tariqul, Bangladesh

Is this for a mass-produced piece of equipment you are making and selling, or a single piece of equipment you are just building to fulfil a need or job in your factory?
