Jr. Mechanical Engineer - Albany, NY

My client, a specialized technology engineering and manufacturer present products and ongoing projects include visual, infrared, and multi-spectral imaging systems, multi-sensor security and safety systems, transportation safety and maintenance inspection systems, and rugged computing devices. Their products are in use in over 15 countries and distributed through a network spanning 32 countries. Our client's firm is located near the Albany NY area, has an immediate requirement for a Junior Level Mechanical Engineer.

Description:

Work as a key member of close-knit engineering team in creating innovative technical solutions for the railroad, aerospace, and security industries. Focus involves refinement of existing products plus new product development, with mainly small components but also some larger parts and assemblies. This is a hands on position that will incorporate product design responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • BSME or related.
  • 1-3 years of hands on mechanical experience.(Co-op & Internship will be considered)
  • Solid organizational skills Overall collaborative, team-player attitude
  • Experienced with 2D/3D Design (Auto-CAD, Solidworks)

Salary: $45-$55K + Benefits

Note: My client does not provide sponsorship to work in the U.S.

What do you mean by entry level? Is that entry level of career or Entry level of that particular company if the candidate is having experience of 20 years?
