is there any one who help me to collect the data for how to design an chimney & perameters required for the design an indrustrial chimney with more economecaley & which are the best designer & manufacture of it in the world , help me please......

This is 2009, Why would you be looking to build a chimney when the world is looking to close them all down,

Unless you are going to use it to add oxegen to the atmosphere I would be looking for another means of doing what you are trying to accomplish.

Internal diameter must be smaller then the external: otherwise the chimney will blow smoke-rings...

If you know the fuel and it's range of chemistry as well as the desired stack height, it is possible from a knowledge of the calculated discharge gas composition, flow and temperature to calculate the density of the gases. From knowledge of local temperatures and their ranges it is possible to calculate the stack draft and most other factors for design.

As far as sources of companies that design and build stacks (chimneys) I would consider contacting major steel mill unit designers.
