dear u all.... can u give me a explanation about dry and wet power frequency flashover voltage and why the power frequency withstand test is important to any electrical equipments

@wareagle: EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT IT CAN BE SEARCHED AND VIEWED THROUGH GOOGLE... BUT ASKING HERE IS TO GET A BETTER ANSWER BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER AND DISCUSS ABOUT THE THING..IF YOU ARE NOT AMONG ONE OF THOSE ENGINEERS, JUS KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT...
