substation designing

I am electrical design engineer having app. 3 years experience in designing of projects like infrastructure. but i am very keen to come in substation designing. I am much proficiant in SLD, calculation part and in Autocad.Is there is any particular course in india or software that help me to get job in substation designing.Please help me out.

i think if you learn ETAP -software , it will fetch you job opportunities in almost all MNC those who are having officies in india as well abroad.
