Use any solvent as Xylen or ones can dissolve PVC. Mix paper with PVC and solvent at optimun temperature in an centrifugue. Paper remain intact. Distille solvent for extract PVC.

In American money there is a PVC identification strip pressed betwean two layers of paper. Hold the bill up to the light to locate the strip, make two small tearsin a twisting motion at the edge of the bill (on each side of the strip.) Then pull straight up. Under magnification you can read the monetary increments on the PVC strip.
