Con i used a coleman inverter 1200w 120v 60hz for a grid tie inverter ? help me

Without knowing the specs for the Coleman inverter you have... NO

I assume Coleman are distributors for camping and household general use inverters and do not provide the extra "bitz" essential to tie to grid. Synchronizing your home brew inverter to the power grid requires more than just hooking up your general use inverter...much much more and typically out of the realm of the average bloke on the block to build/modify.
