how to deposit and divide same volume of product(chocolate) by a single piston stroke. Let said one stroke of 5kg chocolate(current system) will divide equally into 2 cavity of mold?
How about a double nozzle on the piston with a sharp separato bwtween the two nozzle entrances. If the nozzles are the same size and the pressure is equal inside the piston barrel, it should devide equally.
I am guessing the temperature will have to stay at 45 to 50 in the moulds for a while if you want the chocolate to spread out evenly in the moulds.
Also, stopping the moulds in the middle of the nozzle's exit and using a heated splitting triangle to run the chocolote into each mould from the sides of the triangle might also work, but I would think its more difficult.
