Agricultural tractors come in all sizes from giants to handheld.
Boom hoists mostly come in large to giant.
Japan took advantage in the American passenger vehicle building by designing the compact cars.
From fruit picking machines with down spouts - for oranges, apples, plums, etc, - to overhead loaders - shingles to a roof, lightweight pallets to warehouse shelving - nothing exists, to my knowledge.
I believe a vast vacuum exists that could easily and inexpensively be met with downsized equipment.
Mechanized golf cart size could enter limited acess cites.
I have a model orange picker designed, but need engineering help and some capital.
Anyone interested? God bless.
