Packaging Piece

hey guys...

lets say: 1-a direction for the plate

2) a peice of thin iron (which i`ll ask about, wait)

3) a box

4) a plate which is moving

5) acoulumn

6) motor with a gear box..

so the idea is the motor makes the plate moving a round while there is some peices on it.. so the main idea how can take the peices from the plate usin (no. 2) to put it in the box which is beside the plate..

i suggest for mysel am rotating metal with knifes (like a fan) to move it from the plate to the box... somehow like this picture

hint: the peice will be sticked with the plate so the peaice has to be thin..

so do anybody has an ideas or sth??

Hi medo433q

It looks to me that you have an indexing table. You load a thin metal part on the table and you anload it in a different position. You can remove the part with a pick and place mechanism (usually cam driven for sychronize with the index), or with a scara robot and an encoder (for signalling). Now if the part is very thin and light weighted you can use vacuum for the picking-placing operation, for heavy part you must use special grippers.

At the links bellow you can find an excelent design for an indexing table machine for a high speed assembly machine, and an application of a scara robot.

hey.. thanx igeo for these info.

well lsn wht will hapeen in this machine.. is that will be a selonoid valve with a substance (like pancakes but the difference is my substance will be cooked in a one face only)..

anyway, when its done the substance will be sticked to the plate (which the plate will turns around till it reaches our material which am askin about)...

the scara robot is the best but its large man..the plate is 0.5 meter raduis so i dont think it will be the solution.. but wht i wanna ask is:
can i take the above piece with a smaller form??
