Electric load calculation

Please guide me to calculate electric load for perticular plant.

we had three plant in running now one more is going to add.

which will put us in problem because of panel load or distribution of load.

I am mechanical engg. please guide me for this electrical problem.

You need to be more specific. Are you saying the panel that the existing plants are on is too small to add the new plant. Why not increase the panel size or add a new panel. Please try to provide us a picture in words as to what you have. Panel size, voltage, load etc.

You need to supply more information if you want us to help you. For example:

We need to have your entire single line diagram of your power distribution system, your existing plant loading (KW), your incoming power supply capacity, your incoming cable sizes, and e.t.c...

We also need to know your new plant loading and it maximum demand.

It is not that easy to teach you how to calculate the electrical load for the new plant with out all the information

please tell all details of plant which you add & old plant load.what capacity of your old plant load & panals.like circuit breaker , bus bar , cables .
