I have a Panel having 40A,25kA incomer, please give me the earth cable size calculation

From the cable data's you will require 4Cx16sq-mm size cable for your power and earthing or you can use 3Cx16sq-mm for your power and for earthing cable you can selects 10sq-mm or 16sq-mm

Use 4core(for RYBN) ,6 Sq.mm, Copper multi strand Flexible Cable.

& Earthing 10 sq mm copper.

In some cases, 5core cable of the same size is allowable.

just asking...ur panel incoming is 40A but why your bus bar rating is 25KA...seem too high...or am i wrong...if you follow incoming cable, you can size ur earting either 16mm2 or a little bit lower..but if you size according to the fault level 25kA your earthing probably around 70mm2...refer to ieee std 80-2000 for additional info.
