my circuit is switched capacitor DC/Dc bidirectional converter. that high voltage side (battery voltage) is 250V and low voltage side (Ultra-capacitor voltage) is 180V and initial low voltage 150V. the capacitor is between these 2 side voltages in parallel and battery and Ulta capacitor with inductance (in series) get connect to capacitor .I don't know how calculate size and value capacitor?
