why steel is better than cast iron ? why linux is better than window (sorry BG) why .... GIGO check the compositions, check the properties then ask questions.

In terms of engineering, something is not just better than other thing. Somethings are better than others to do something or to be used somewhere or to cost less specifically in some application, or to melt in a higher or lower temperature depending if you want it to resist more heat or to melt with less energy input, ok?
