reference to UTS/2.4 and YS/1.5 in VIII-2 ED.2007

	Can anybody tell where it is given that allowable stress basis is min.of UTS/2.4 at room temp. and YS/1.5 at room and at higher temp...give me paragraph no or clause which states this...i have tried to find out in ASME SEC. II PART D APPENDIX 2 but did not work......can u tell me perfect location in ASME ED. 2007 FOR BPVC. __________________ Paresh B. Gujarati
