ASTM and Drop Testing Plastic Buckets

I am new to a company that makes plastic pails and buckets (PP). I have been doing some drop testing at 48" but would like to ensure I am doing everything properly to spec. Does anyone have experience with this? From what I was able to find I think ASTM D5276 is the proper standard but want to make sure.
