Saddle Design for Horizontal Pressure Vessel

TEMA gives us the reference of designing saddle but only in condition if the vessel is supported on 2 saddles. Similarly PV-Elite software also design considering only 2-saddles. However if the vessel is long ang heavy enough, then it may needs to be supported on 3/4/5 or more no of saddles. What is the method to design more than 2-saddles either thru software or manually? Pls advise proper references also.

I'm not an expert or a stress engineer - but I have built some really big oil tanks for capacitor banks on wheels - (casters on tracks), and if you try to put more than 2 pairs, then you have to make every one exactly the same height, or the item flexes to get weight on them all. I did a giant long one and put cross members on both ends with wheels on each side - then big beams to connect those along the lengthof the long tank, just a bit in from the ends of the tank - so the tank didn't flex or sag to reach down and touch any wheel that was lower - or bow down over any wheel that was slightly higher. Flexing can cause things to happen in the welds. The welds are more crispy than the rolled steel sheet and rectangular tunes the structure is made of.
