You will need to identify the type of paint your UV paint is. From what basic materials is your paint produced. You can "glue" the items together, but the bond will only be as strong as the weakest interface. Substrate/paint/glue/paint/substrate.

Epoxy with a UV stabilized hardener may be used to glue most anything except certain plastics. Powdered colors may be mixed in with the epoxy, like chalk line colors from a hardware store. If you wish to glue hardened epoxy surfaces to each other, you will have to clean with water with a few drops of detergent, and wetordry sandpaper or Scotchbrite. Rinse with clean water. To fill gaps use a thixotropic, like talcum powder, or microballons. Colloidal silica will thicken and reduce running. Again, clean an rinse between steps where the epoxy has hardened

Am I getting close to the information you are looking for?

Spend some time experimenting with the stuff, wear latex or vinyl gloves, plastic on your work bench. Have fun.

I have had good luck with LSD adhesives (Low surface energy) 3M provides an adhesive tape (double sided) called PT 1100 Avery also has one but I had better luck with 3M.

I used this to bond an EPDM rubber seal to and ABS substrate and also a Painted surface (exterior automotive application). The EPDM rubber had to be treated with an adhesive promoter but was not necessary for the ABS and painted surface.
