Infrared vision application

Hello folks -

I'm seeking a manufacturer or systems integrator that can provide a IR vision system to observe an array, ~4ft x 4ft, of 140 3"dia. copper refrigeration coils. The coils begin the test cycle at ambient temp, ~70F, and drop to 25F over a period of several minutes. The test requires observing for temperature variation among the coils, and judging the rate of change of temperature. Anyone have suggestions on who can provide such a system? THANKS.

FLIR and other companies do a wide range of thermal camera products and systems.

There are several things that figure into which camera supplier is best for your job:

1. the resolution (spot size) is determined by the number of pixels in the detector array

2. the sensitivity and minimum resolveable temperature determines the quality of the image

There dealers will have suppliers who can assemble the inspection package.
