Differences Between Stainless Steels

Any experimental proof of mechanical bahaviour difference between SS316 and SS316L ; SS304 and SS304L.

Especially the comparison of corrosion resistance and mechanical stress

the physical and chemical properties difference between SS316 and SS316L ; SS304 and SS304L can easily be found. But, any experimental proof can be found?

Could you clarify your question a bit? When you look up physical properties, those are all experimentally determined, not theoretically calculated. Are you looking for something you can do to verify this? Or something to convince management?

yes. I m looking for something that could be used to convince management. Because i could show theorectically what is differences between stainless steel 316 and 316L. However, i could not verify it, i need some data to support the theory.
