If by MPCB you are meaning Motor Protection Circuit Breaker, the difference is in the adjustable trip settings. MCBs are not adjustable; you buy them in fixed values, i.e. .6A, 3A. 16A etc. In addition, the magnetic trips are fixed by virtue of the "Curve" type selected at purchase. S for instance, the "B" curve is not typically used for motors where the "D" curve is, but a D curve may not adequately protect more sensitive equipment.
An MPCB has adjustable trip settings within a range typically seen in motor circuits so that you can more closely define the trip characteristics you want to not only protect your motor, but also to avoid nuisance tripping.

If you are talking about "motor protection circuit breaker" then Mr.JRaef has the answer. I don't know what brand you are using but down here we call "Thermal-magnetic and magnetic circuit-breakers" Here is the link to it.
