Metal injection Molding

gas asisted plastics injection molding is available. like this, is there any gas assisted metal injection molding is there????????

I am not very sure .. But as per s metal concern there is Cold Chamber die casting available for non ferrous metal. If you can tell me the application may be I can give you some more info.

submit an RFQ at MFG.com and you will find some suppliers to do the metal injection molding.

Any Metal injection molding industry in india.........

Any other process, which will give intricate shapes of steel other than MIM?????????

Try the sintering process. Powdered metal or alloy is placed in molds under pressure and heated to form a solid object. It is a very versatile process and is not quite as costly as injection molding.
