GE Gas Turbines

This is a rather specialised question. Have you read the manuals and documentation supplied and available and then tried GE directly first?

sounds like there is an inbalance between generator load and turbin power on startup which will give you a oscillation or bouncing effect .Load generator slowly to match tubin tork gradgualy till it's up to speed. Good luck! jmk.

this oscilation in Vce value not asound from loading this value for fuel system to increas speed or decrease it also the load is acomperessor centerfugel mechanic ..gas comp. ... thank for you discssion....
