How to measure the kWH consumption of Thyristorize capacitor compensation system?

Capacitors do not consume KWH's. However the system may have components that do. Use a KWH meter.

We have already installed one kWH meter but it is showing an abnormal reading i.e. 14000 units per month, as far as our theoretical calculation is concern it should not more than 1000 units per month.

I would like to request you to please comment on this.

Let me inform you that we have installed the kWH meter on a same feeder where the system has installed so obviously we will find a Zero leading PF condition.
