Good advice, just a spelling correction - Kepner Tregoe.

Another one that I like is Apollo Root Cause Analysis, (can't remember the author) if that is what he is referring to as "trouble shooting".

Dear prof,

I searched on net in wikipedia but I did not get much information about both of this tools. Please suggest the sources on net.

I got information about fault tree analysis and ishikawa diagram.

Please specific what problem you need to solve in the production or you need to work in the maintenance. Give us some examples.

Packaging material rejection control

productivity of machines
