The answer is yes. A simple parabolic mirror can accomplish all these things.

Run water or oil through a black pipe in the focus of the parabolic mirror (or trench).

Here's some good info:

Remove the bottom of loads of glass bottles. Thread a black hose up the middle of all of them. Lay the assembly in the sun. The water that comes out the far end will be somewhat hotter than the water that goes in the near end.

Cheap and cheerful. Not cheap and nasty.

The simplest parabolic mirror I ever saw was made by starting at the center of a circle, and cutting in a spiral to the outer edge. The spirals were then held at the proper gap by spacers to form a parabloic mirror. This will focus more or less to a point, depending on accuracy.A hyperbolic mirror can be made by splitting a drum lengthwise, this will focus to a line instead of a point. This may be the easiest to implement, and use a large pipe to collect the heat.

A methane generator can be made that will use cow dung or buffalo dung as a fuel.It is simply an above-ground tank, 10 ft diameter, 8 feet high, with a concrete-covered styrofoam lid.

The tank is filled 3/4 full, and the floating lid provides the seal to produce pressure for the gas.It can be used to power gas appliances, such as stoves.

When the manure is exhausted , it must be replaced, but an amazing amount of methane can be made from one fillup.
