got a bit of a problem machines allways brakeing down cleaning is a very difficalt thing to do machine is small and tight to get into with large tools 2 days behind deadline if any one got any ideas please help
Why are the machine/s so hard to get at? I have always seen them as running down the centre of the factory.
More detain of what you want to do and what part of the machine is breaking would be a help................ Perhaps that part of the machine line needs replacing? Just a thought. But you must be more specific in your request.
Is it the 'frame' of the machine which is breaking, or part of the moving rollers etc?

the part of the machine causeing the problem is after so many the machine rollers get very clogged with plastic if that happens the machine doesen't really wrap its a bit annoying haveing three machines and all three can brake down all at the same time
the main problems is with the machine rollers cannot get in with bigger tools and only way in is with a soldering iron even that its tight
I think I understand your problem. Take no insult at what I say, it is what seems like the 'facts' to me.
You are talking of wrapping machines only, not part of the 'paper route' around the factory after printing. Star on one machine and get it working properly. And explain to the workers on the machine, if they get any plastic wrapped round the rollers they must remove it all !.
If the roller are damaged you have to replace them. Rollers are very simple with roller bearings at each end. just remove these bearing and take the rollers and bearings off of the machine. You can then strip the rollers of the bearings and the hard unwanted plastic which has built up. If you have a manager, tell him to watch out for the rollers being wrapped in waste plastic and to keep them clear each time they are used.
Tell me, are these machine the type where someone holds a bundle of paper and a plastic band/tape goes around the machine in front where the paper bundle is held? Machines like this:

Copy and paste these address' and you should get the pictures I am sending. Unfortunately I am using a Mac computer and my browser is not compatible with the windows pictures I am sending.
Can you say if you use cling-film wrappers. Or machines which wrap using a this 12mm strip of hard plastic tape?
Please reply and tell me what you think. From what you have said it seems as if the machine have not been maintained properly and they have to be cleaned of any plastic after every use!
