As per My knowledge goes, in India we are practcing

for 66kV and 110kV stations - the clearence is 1.8 mtrs betn phases and 2.0mtrs betn phase and earth

for 220kV stations, 3.35 and 3.65 mtrs.

for 400kV stations 7.0mtrs betn phases and 6.5 mtrs between phase and earth.

Please Verify this with some standards.
