Conversion Unit for EU/mL to EU/pair of gloves

Can anybody provide the conversion unit of detected endotoxin unit < 0.1 EU/mL to <4.0 EU/pair of gloves of limulus amebocyte lysate test (LAL)? Here are some information:
(i) The LPS concentration is indicated in EU/mL or EU/mg.
(ii) The unit EU (Endotoxin unit)- biological activity of Lipopolysaccharides(LPS).
(iii)Endotoxin unit can be defined as 3-hydroxy fatty acids of the lipopolysaccharides for the endotoxin detection via gas chromatography/mass spectrometry
