	Maybe an aluminum wheel manufacturer will give it to you.

	Do it yourself. Categorise the visual quality problems that you have seen according to their location on the wheel. directly seen (most visible locations, hardly seen (unvisible locations, only seen when inspected, such as the back side of the wheel). Establish two different inspection methods; under day light and under artificial light (there are inspection devices that produce an artifial light according to a specification) After that you can advice your own inspection procedure.
