Put 4 quarts in.

Start car, check fluid level.

Add the 5th quart if the dipstick says it needs it.

Duh!

Ask the dealer for the amount of ATF the transmission holds.

But I am curious about your statement "...when i am done flushing it..." How do you plan to flush it? If the transmission can not be drained completely from the pan- because the drain does not remove the fluid in the fluid coupling, you must drain the transmission refill with new fluid and then run the car for several miles before draining and refilling the pan again. In my Honda CR-V I can only drain 3 of the 8 quarts of ATF from the pan. Therefore I drain, refill, run the car and drain again three separate times.I suggest you purchase a Neon shop manual and follow the manufacturer's suggestions.
