Surely the title would be related to what project you actually undertake. A company that I was interested in working for was NovitaTech, who make technology for people with a disability - I'm pretty sure they have affiliate companies throughout Asia too - why not contact them and ask if there is a need for research in a particular field? http://www.novitatech.org.au/

You should try to identify a technological area of disabled care that has a need for initial development or further improvement - the best way to do that is to ask people at organisations like NovitaTech - you might just get some corporate sponsorship for your project too!
