Converting PSD or ASD into G

i have calculated the psd or my time series through fft but i need the corresponding g values for a certainn frequency bandwidth . How can i calculate ?? is there any tutorial links for it .

What i know is i can do it by integating with respect to Hz and take the sqaure root of it but i m not able to find a solution out of it . as in it seems very different .
