Can any one tell me from where can i download turbo C+/++ and let me also know the link from where i can learn the same.

GA from me too. It is amazing in this day and age that people can do an internet search and find CR4 in among all the data on the internet but they cannot do an internet search of their own question. C+ Download site in the first result.
