Scraper Launcher - Damaged Door

Greeting to all,

I would like your help to solve the problem of the closure door of the scraper Launcher. The closure door is started to leak because of the corrosion and damage in the threads of the closure door. Is there any solution to solve this problem (cheap solution) or I need to change the closure door by new one (Cost solution). How I can avoid such this problem next time.

The scraper launcher is used for the disposal water line, with high pressure around 1600 PSI.

Does the launcher "launch" the scraper in a pipeline?

yes, it does

it launch the scraper through luncher to the pipe line
